Welcome to our online application form. Please review the following before submitting your request:

• We accepts requests for support from non-profit and registered charitable organizations that are associated with the communities where we have operations.
• To be considered, all requests for support must be received through our online application system. We are unable to consider hard copy or email requests for support.
• You will be asked to provide specific details about your project or event. Some of the information that you should be prepared to provide includes:
  • Specific project / event details
  • Charitable business number 
  • Additional funding in place
  • Plans for project / event promotion
  • Predicted outcomes (for project requests)
• The form should take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. As you complete your application, your responses will be auto-saved. You may also save your request and access it at a later date before submitting it.
• Please ensure that you review your application prior to submitting. Once your project is submitted, the review process begins and changes to your request cannot be made.
• We require a minimum of 6 weeks to review and consider all requests.
• Note that only organizations that meet our criteria for funding are eligible for support.
